  28. That is only true on the PC PAR and on the PAL Amiga PAR. The NTSC Amiga PAR
  29. does all the encoding on the host cpu. That is why ii is so slow.

  35. The encoding time IS high relative to the < 1/30th of a second it takes
  36. for the PAR hardware to do it when digitizing from the TBC4. And it does
  37. consume cpu time when you are LW rendering and PAR saving at the same time.
